Croatia Istria villa with sport court rent is a modern property that lies on 10 000 sq.m. of the land plot and 500 sq.m. of living area, located on the southern part of the peninsula not that far from the Adriatic sea. That much space enables complete privacy and peace while staying in the villa. The house can accommodate up to 14 (12+2) guests. Distance from the villa to the sea is 7 kilometers. The closest airport is next to the city of Pula, 20 kilometers away. In front of the villa, you will find a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, deck chairs, terrace, and an outdoor shower. Stone, the covered fireplace is located next to the pool with wooden chairs, a dining table, and a kitchen. In the garden is a terrain on which you can practice various sports like tennis, basketball, and football. The outside area features also mini golf court and children’s playground fulfilled with different kinds of Mediterranean trees and plants. Pool heating with heat pump upon request, free of charge, the weather-related temperature of the pool water.

On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a fully equipped fitness room with a sauna and open plan living room with an indoor fireplace. There is also a bedroom with a king-size bed and a private bathroom. The first floor consists of 4 en suite bedrooms with large double beds, two of them have a view of the sea and Brijuni islands. There is also a spacious terrace with lounge chairs and coffee tables where you can enjoy the sun.

WiFi and air conditioning are provided throughout the property. Floor heating and floor cooling available in the villa. It also offers parking place for 6 cars + electric car charger (free of charge) Pets are available on request. Maximum 2 pets, with a surcharge of 20 EUR. The crib is available too.
