The villa is spreading on 270 square meters and has 2 levels with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 modern and tastefully decorated living rooms, dining room with satellite TV, air conditioning and 2 kitchens.

On the ground floor there is fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microvawe and a freezer, 2 bedrooms with double bed with bathroom and one separate toilet. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi tub. First floor features living/dining room with sloping ceilings, satellite-TV, air-condition, a kitchen with 4 hotplates oven, dishwasher and a freezer and a gallery of 10 square meters with exit to the terrace. There is a PC with Internet access available. There area also 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. One has a double bed and the other one 1 single bed. This floor has an exit to the large terrace (70 square meters) partly covered, oriented south and 2 terraces of 25 square meters. Outside of the villa is a swimming pool with shower and BBQ surrounded by 9000 square meters land composed of flowers and trees, natural garden, an orchard.

Villa offers various sport activities to the guests: table tennis and bowling, and for kids – a children’s playground. Parking by the house and a garage are provided also. One baby cot is available.
