Sea view villa offers an authentic Mediterranean experience surrounded by a large enclosed garden with aromatic Mediterranean herbs and Olive trees, has a fantastic pool, sleeps up to 10 people, less than 2 minutes walk to the pebble beach (100 m). There are stunning sea views from terraces with outdoor seating and villa has a beautifully designed interior. It is a great spot for extended families and groups of friends due to space and variety of eating and seating areas. Comprised of two separate floors, one on the ground floor, the other on the first floor with private access, works well if you are traveling with grandparents or another family. Villa is fully air-conditioned and indoor and outdoor covered with wireless internet access. The children’s paradise as we call the garden extends to 600 sq.m. various levels of the property. However, the highlight of the garden is a beautiful swimming pool (32 sq.m.) with an internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Plenty of space for sunbathing covered with a natural stone offers a lot of inviting sitting areas. The sun loungers (10 pcs), extra tables (4 pcs) and sunshades (4 pcs) invite each of the villa guests to identify their perfect spot to relax. Facing the pool, there is a shaded gazebo with BBQ where you can prepare various dishes. You have access to the whole house. There are two private parking places, free of charge.
For guests arriving by plane, the villa can arrange transportation in cooperation with an authorized taxi company so guests do not have to waste time at the airport. The cost of transport depends on the number of guests and is payable directly to the taxi company. Here it is all about achieving a laid-back atmosphere. You can decide to go for a short swim in the sea and get back to the villa for a glass of wine by the pool. Villa has 4 bedrooms, and it accommodates up to 8 +3 people. There are 2 bathrooms and one additional toilet in the villa.
Villa is set in a peaceful village on Ciovo island. It is a perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Croatian cities such as Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir, Split, Omis, Croatian islands, national parks, and ancient attractions. Island Ciovo is connected by two bridges with the mainland, therefore there are no extra charges if you are traveling by car. From the villa you can go to Trogir by bus or by boat which runs every 15-30 min, it is located 800 m from the villa for rent. The settlement where the sea view villa is located has several restaurants with a rich choice of local specialties, a butcher, a bakery, several supermarkets, a post office, a money exchange office, an ATM and a small food market convenient for daily shopping. Everything is within walking distance, so no car is needed. Excellent boutiques, food markets, numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, and enchanting churches, towers, and fortresses inscribed in UNESCO World Heritage List can be found in neighboring Trogir town. Close by the Villa, there is a diving center, you can play tennis, basketball, soccer or parasailing on the beach and many more.
