Croatia Murter Sea view Villa with pool rent is located on the island of Murter in a peaceful location with a great view over the sea. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

This spacious villa has a ground floor, upper floor and an outdoor area. The house is modernly decorated. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, one bedroom (en suite) with a private bathroom, and an additional bathroom. The upper floor has a gym, 3 bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a jacuzzi for the whole floor. Each bedroom has its own terrace and provides you with a great view, either on the island of Murter, or over to the sea.

In the outdoor area you can find a wonderful garden for guests to enjoy, with ecologically grown herbs and a garden with fruit and vegetables, a swimming pool, a small kitchen with a barbecue and a dining table, a perfect setting to relax, cool down and enjoy the summertime. The pool has an installed option for heating of the water and counter-swim device.

The guests have also a jacuzzi at their disposal, outdoor sauna, outdoor ping pong table, 4 bicycles ( 2 of them are electric) and darts game. Baby cot is available on request. Air conditioning, WiFi and washing machine are provided.
