large living room with a dining area, which opens to a
beautiful sea view terrace with a seating set. On this level of the villa is also a separate toilet. On the lower level of the luxury villa with sea view is a
private indoor pool with counter-current swimming, and it opens to a terrace with deck chairs. Guests have an
indoor bike, strength training bench, and a sauna with a shower at their disposal during the stay in the villa for rent. On the first floor of the villa are
3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, SAT/LCD TV, en-suite bathroom opens to a
loggia with an amazing sea view. The second bedroom in the luxury villa also has a double bed, SAT/LCD TV, en-suite bathroom, and it opens to a smaller loggia with an amazing view of the Adriatic sea. The third bedroom has two beds, SAT/LCD TV, en-suite bathroom, and a
French balcony. If you arrive by car, you will have
private roofed parking in the luxury villa for two cars.
