This luxury villa accommodates up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. The luxury villa has three levels and on the ground floor of the villa for rent is a large living room with a dining area. It opens to a large outdoor terrace with an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea, and it is furnished with a seating set and deck chairs. The kitchen in this luxury villa is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, and a dishwasher. On this level of the villa is also a storage room with a washing machine and a dryer and a separate toilet. On the lower level of the villa is a large swimming pool. The pool is partially covered, and it is heated in the months from November till May (winter, and spring months). There is also a sauna with a shower and an indoor bike that are at disposal during the stay in the luxury villa. From this level, the guests have private access to the beach and sun loungers for catching the sun rays. On the first floor of the villa are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a French balcony, and SAT/LCD TV. On the second floor of the luxury villa is the bedroom with a double bed, SAT/LCD TV, en-suite bathroom, and a French balcony. The hallways on the second floor open to a glass terrace with an amazing sea view. If you arrive by car, you will have secured roofed parking in the villa for two cars at your disposal.
