The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests, the size of the land plot is 700 sq.m., and the size of the living area is 250 sq.m. This sea view luxury villa is organized on two floors and offers extreme privacy and comfort. The whole property is walled.
Outside of the luxury villa, you will find a large garden filled with big trees and Mediterranean plant life. There is also a heated swimming pool, sundeck area, outdoor shower, fireplace with an outdoor dining area and a kitchen. The villa is suitable for children because of the spacious green area where kids can play and have fun.
The interior of the luxury villa consists of 4 en suite bedrooms with king-size beds, each connected to a terrace which offers a magnificent sea view. On the ground floor are a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with direct access to the garden. In the living room is a satellite-TV, there is also a room with exercise equipment, a mat, and a couch. The villa also features 4 bathrooms. Free WI-FI and air conditioning throughout the property. If you arrive by car, there are free parking places for 3 cars. The villa has a charger for electric cars.
