Croatia Istria Luxury villa with pool for rent is a 5-star villa located in Zamask. It was awarded the Best Holiday Home in Europe Award in 2017. Villa accommodates 6 people.

The whole plot area has 50000 sq.m. It has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the first floor. Villa also features an additional toilet. The entire ground floor features a spacious living room area with a fireplace and fully equipped open plan kitchen with a dining area. Its unique location and a beautiful design provide amazing views of green Istrian hills and nature. From the bedroom to the kitchen, everything was furnished and decorated with care and great attention to detail, so that you can feel comfortable and relaxed. You will love the outdoor area with a big hydro massage and infinity heated swimming pool where you can relax and enjoy the amazing view. You can prepare delicious meals for your friends or family on a charcoal barbecue and dine outside with the view of the breathtaking nature. Villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 4 cars, and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday in a perfect location. Villa added a microwave and hair straightener to its equipment. It also has a fitness room with equipment and bicycles available. Pets are allowed!

The villa has an EcoDomus certificate, a marking programme carried out by the Istrian Region Administrative Department for Tourism with the aim of increasing both social and environmental awareness in tourism. The programme is well in sync with global sustainability goals and guarantees overall environs and health safety. Facilities bearing the EcoDomus mark have complied with at least 50 basic criteria within the 12 different categories: management and communication, water, waste, interior and exterior, local values, hygiene, energy, noise and light pollution, food and drink, maintenance, cleaning and disinfection, and mobility.

Pets are allowed, and the surcharge is 17 EUR/day per pet. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
The damage deposit is 500 EUR. Payable upon arrival in cash, returned upon departure if no damage to the villa.

Cleaning fee is 150 EUR, except for period 05.06. – 10.09.

Since the villa is located in the truffle area, in truffle season we are able to offer omelet or scrambled eggs with truffles, at an additional cost. Price is defined on request, depending on the seasonal price trend of truffles.

For children up to 7 years old breakfast is free of charge, for children 7 to 12 there is a 50% discount.
