The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and all the other necessities. Also, the living area has its own fireplace. On the first floor, there are 3 other bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The whole villa is air-conditioned. The fitness room is at your disposal as well as private parking that can fit 3 cars. This beautiful stone villa has an outside ceramic pool, shower, and sun loungers where you can enjoy the view. There is also an outdoor summer kitchen and dining area. The house offers bicycles and trampoline for children to play.
The nearest beach is 500 m away from the villa, but just a few steps more you can find Blue Flag beach which guarantees crystal clear water and beach.
