Because of its wonderful location and beauty, we could easily put it in the same group with nearby islands which are proclaimed national parks and parks of nature. From almost every room in the beachfront luxury villa, you have a spectacular view over the secluded bay and many surrounding islands.
Beachfront luxury villa for rent can accommodate 14 persons in the object surface of 1.229 square meters and approximately 580 sq.m. of living area which consists of 7 spacious bedrooms (each with its own bathroom equipped with jacuzzi bathtubs) and two living rooms. The ground floor of the luxury villa consists of 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom and a kitchen with a living area. From here there is direct access to the terrace with a large swimming pool. On the first floor of the villa for rent is a total of 5 bedrooms; in the right part, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. In the central area, there is a large dining table for 12 people and 1 en suite bedroom on the left and two more bedrooms on the right with an en suite bathroom. The main living-dining area is an open, glass-ceiling space equipped with dining table for 12 persons where, while dining, you are enriched with a breathtaking view over the bay.
In front of the beachfront luxury villa is a 550 square meters terrace with a heated swimming pool of 100 square meters, 2.6 meters deep. Space around the swimming pool is beautifully decorated with garden furniture, sunbeds, and parasols, which will make your vacation even more comfortable. In the area above the swimming pool, there is an arbor with another dining table where you will have the pleasure of dining under the stars, and which is one of the most romantic spots of the villa.
Villa has an air-conditioning system and floor heating system, Internet access, TV/SAT, DVD in all rooms. You can also moor a boat in front of the villa. Parking is available in the garage that can take two cars.

The damage deposit is 1000 EUR and it is required upon arrival in cash, and fully given back on check-out if nothing has been damaged.
