Croatia island Hvar Luxury Sea view villa rent is located just 15 minutes walk from Hvar center or a few minutes by car. The villa is nestled in the second row from the sea beneath a cliff (100 meters from the sea) with a spectacular panoramic view of the shimmering Hvar sea and the neighboring Pakleni islands. The villa is situated on a land plot of 2000 sq.m. and is surrounded by greenery and pine trees. It is located at the end of a dead-end street and there is no traffic noise around, with private parking spaces.

Next to the villa, the guests can enjoy the beautiful, large heated infinity swimming pool. Around the pool, guests can relax on sun loungers protected from the sun by parasols or enjoy and relax on 3 terraces each with a spectacular panoramic sea view. Terraces are nested within a pure nature with no neighbors aside. All 7 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, Satellite TV, Internet connection (WiFi), air-conditioning (heating or cooling). 6 rooms offer a direct sea view. They can easily accommodate large family groups or groups of friends, with a maximum occupancy of 14 persons. The bedrooms are distributed over 3 floors. The first floor contains 4 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 has 40 sq.m. and is equipped with a matrimonial bed and a large bathroom with shower. A large terrace (30 sq.m.) with sea view is accessible from this room through a sliding window wall.

Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a matrimonial bed and bathroom with shower. The surface area of this room is 30 sq.m. There is a comfortable sofa and an 18 sq.m. terrace with sitting garniture that can be accessed from this room.

Bedroom 3 has 14 sq.m. and its own terrace to enjoy a fantastic sea view.

Bedroom 4 has 12 sq.m. and en suite bathroom, this room can be used separately or connected with bedroom 3.

On the second floor guests can find the fifth very spacious bedroom with a matrimonial bed, terrace and a separate living room area with a sofa to enjoy sea view and inside the fireplace. The en suite bathroom is very large and has a bathtub and a shower. On the same floor with a separate entrance is the very spacious apartment of 150 m2 which is the villa’s central living area. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, steam oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine and a massive wooden dining table for 14 persons), spacious living room with open sea views and a bedroom with en suite bathroom that is accessed by a spiral staircase. Living room and bedroom lead out to balconies to the south with splendid sea sunsets and panoramic views of neighboring islands and the sea. From the living room, the guests can access an outside seating area with a fireplace.

The third floor of the villa is reserved for an exclusive suite featuring a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room. A sliding door separates the living room from the bedroom, from which guest can go out to a balcony equipped with deck chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that also offers a sea view! Another large terrace in front of this suite is ideal for enjoying your vacation as it offers the most amazing sea views, sunbeds, and outdoor living space. This room has 2 air-conditioning unit.

Services included in the price: WiFi, concierge service, daily housekeeping, VAT, and change of bed linens and towels at request.

Additional services are available on request: transfer from the airport by car, yacht, speedboat, car rental, chef/cook, massage, private guide, coach, etc.

*The tourist tax is charged separately.

*The final cleaning fee in the amount of 200 EUR is charged separately.

*At arrival, a security deposit of 2000 EUR is requested.

*A shorter rental period during lower and mid-season can be arranged.

The deposit of 50% is non-refundable

BOOKING CONFIRMATION – ADVANCE PAYMENT

For bookings made more than 60 days prior to arrival, in the amount of 50% of the respective booking price.

For bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival, in the amount of 100% of the respective booking price.

*In addition to the security deposit, a services deposit of 1500 EUR will also apply for extra services if ordered by the guest, payable at arrival.

The security & services deposit may be taken as a credit card authorization (Visa, American, Maestro, Master card) and in cash according to the mid exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank.
