The guests have a fully serviced villa with housekeeping and concierge at their disposal, and additional services as massages and a cook can be as well organized.

On the inside of the luxury seafront villa, you will enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic sea from every room. 2 large master suites and bathrooms are on the ground level, with super-sized king beds, dressed in high thread count bedlinen. A floating staircase takes you to the middle level where you will find 3 master suite bedrooms (one with extra single bed) all with super king-sized beds and attached Italian bathrooms, two of which have designer bathtubs and push back doors, so you will enjoy the view of the sea from your bathtub. All beds can be converted to large singles if needed.

The media room is found on this level of the seafront villa – with a 2-meter satellite TV and fuss ball table along with comfortable sitting options. The ground floor offers a wine cellar, full gym, infrared sauna, and bathroom. On this level, 2 kitchens can be found as well as a large laundry room and another bathroom. The main sitting area comes with a 4-meter squishy leather sofa, and it is on the ground floor which opens out to large terraces with dining and sitting options as well as the infinity-edge pool.

Outside of the villa for rent offers the finest Italian furniture including all the terrace furniture, the divine infinity pool sits on the first terrace with plenty of comfortable chairs and daybeds with the large family dining for 14 people. The second terrace of the luxury villa has steps that lead down to the sea and lush gardens and makes it a perfect place to relax.

This Croatia Brac luxury seafront villa for rent is ideally located for exploring the beaches and islands of the Dalmatian Coast. There are a few small beaches with many more in nearby coves, where you will find a perfectly transparent, clean unpolluted sea. Each has its own attractive character. The closest restaurant is roughly 100 meters away and it also delivers food to the villa upon the request.

There are also several restaurants in Sumartin which are approximately 1 km away at the other side of the bay. There are a couple of restaurants within 20 minutes that are only accessible by boat.

There are a number of restaurants in nearby villages with the largest concentration in the town of Bol which is approximately 20 km away.

The villa has a mooring for visiting boats and larger vessels can be anchored in the bay or in Sumartin harbor.

From Split, it takes a 40-minute car/ ferry ride to Brac Island, and then a 40-minute drive to the villa. If you prefer, you can use our private boat and skipper transfer taking 50 minutes directly from the airport to the villa with an extra charge.

Full housekeeping service is provided, with 24 hours on-call emergency attendance.

Payment policy:

50% is payable upon confirmation of the booking (within one week) and the remaining 50%, 75 days before the guests’ arrival in the villa.

100% payment is due on confirmation of all bookings that are made within 45 days of arrival.

A 20% security deposit is chargeable within 45 days of the clients’ arrival at the villa. This deposit is fully refundable within two weeks of the client leaving the villa if there are no reports of damage.
