On the ground floor of this sea view rustic villa is a brick kitchen with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, juicer, refrigerator, freezer, espresso machine, etc. There is a dining area with an olive-wood table, and living area with a sofa that can extend to a bed, LCD TV with satellite programs, and a stereo. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. When you take the stairs to the first floor you will find a room with a big, comfortable double bed, chairs and table, LCD TV, and a bathroom. The staircase continues to the attic where there is also a room with a double bed, seating area, LCD TV with satellite programs, and a bathroom. All of the rooms and the ground floor are facing the south, and the views from each corner are simply breathtaking. The whole house is covered with a vintage oak floor, and all the wooden stuff is handmade. Along with the western facade, there is a patio with a fireplace, wood-fired oven, summer kitchenette, a table, and an outdoor, swimming pool. In the large front yard in front of the house with a pergola on wooden pillars you can find a stone bench with two tables, and a massive table with 6 chairs in the center of the yard. The yard offers a view of the open sea. Around the house, you’ll find the olive grove, and a garden pavilion equipped as a self-standing little house. The garden pavilion entirely opens toward the olive grove, has a bathroom, a small kitchen, and a sofa with a table, and a matrimonial bed. It is a solar-powered, energy self-sufficient villa, so there is no AC, dishwasher, or a laundry machine. The minimum stay in Croatia Hvar island Sea view rustic villa for rent is 7 days. (Exceptions can be made depending on a high/low season)
A short stay (less than 4 nights) is possible out of high season but requires a 30% surcharge.
The changeover day is preferably Saturday, but can be flexible depending on a high/low season.
The damage deposit is 400 EUR. It is required upon arrival and fully given back on the departure day if nothing has been damaged.
