Croatia Hvar island Seafront luxury villa for rent is located in the little bay on the island of Hvar with only six houses. This luxury villa is surrounded by beautiful greenery and it is placed in the private area of the park, which is not open to other people. The park is on the western part of Hvar, and while staying in this seafront luxury villa, the guests will have their privacy.
Seafront luxury villa is built out of white, famous stone from the island of Brac, in a rustic Mediterranean style. There are 6 bedrooms in this villa for rent, and they all have king-sized beds. There are also 5 bathrooms with showers and 2 fully equipped kitchens in this luxury villa. Two lounge areas, one on the inside of the villa, and one right on the beach will make your stay in this luxury villa even more memorable. Two sun terraces with sunbeds and lounge area will be at your disposal during the stay in the villa. Villa for rent has a lovely outdoor pool and private access to the shallow pebble beach. If you arrive by boat, you will have a berth at your disposal, for the boats up to 25 m length. There are indoor, and outdoor eating areas in this luxury villa.
On the first sea level of the villa for rent, you will find a private waterfront built out of stone, with two bollards for the ships (where it is also possible to anchor the ships up to 25 m). There are even stairs as an entrance to the sea for swimming, and a little shallow shoreline, suitable for children. There is a small two-bed apartment (room 4m x 2m) and bathroom (2m x 2m) with a shower and toilet.
On level one of the luxury villa, there is a seating area with cushions and a low table. On the side, there are two wine refrigerators and a sink with running water.
On the second level of the seafront villa is a stone table with 10 chairs, which is used for outdoor breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the left side, about 15 meters, there is a room with a toilet, bidet and washing machine.
On the third level of the villa on Hvar island are two apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). At the same level are a fully equipped kitchen and separate indoor dining room with a table, chairs, cabinet washer and large fridge.
On the fourth level is a large terrace (18m x 6m) with external chairs and a seating bench. Next to the balcony is a terrace with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor fireplace. Interior space of the fourth level consists of one living room, 2 double bedrooms (one master bed and the other with two single beds), 1 bathroom with toilet, plus a separate toilet with sink. There is also a small handy kitchen with sink and refrigerator.
The fifth level is a low loft double bed apartment with a bathroom, which is used for service that takes care of the house and the guests.

The price includes a housekeeper and a maid at your service every day to take care of the house. Towels for the beach are included in price.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be organized at extra cost with a professional chef.
Damage deposit is 1000 EUR, payable upon arrival, returned upon departure if no damage to the villa.
The tourist tax is not included in the price.
The minimum stay in Croatia Hvar Seafront luxury villa for rent is 3 days.

Hvar Town is a 2,5 km distance. If the guests want to visit Hvar Town by car, they can rent one or use the owner’s Jeep Grand Cherokee (not included in a rental price). For an extra cost, boat rental can be also organized, and all other services upon arrangement as well.
