Croatia Dubrovnik waterfront luxury villa rent is situated at the very entrance to the City of Dubrovnik, with panoramic views of the sea, islands in front and the Dubrovnik west. It can accommodate up to 10 persons.

Villa was built in the 1960s. It is an old stone house, renovated to high standards, with a pool over the sea, and the private sea access beneath the pool, where you can enjoy the sun all day on the sunbeds. Next to the pool is a large terrace surrounded by lush greenery. The terrace provides a wonderful panoramic view of the Elafiti Islands, including the largest ones – Sipan, Kolocep, and Lopud. Villa provides its guests with an oasis of peace and perfect comfort in an idyllic setting of the authentic Mediterranean stone house. House sits on the rock over the sea and gives total privacy on the terrace and pool. The main house accommodates up to 7 people and additional 2+1 people can be accommodated in the suite located right next to the main building. The suite consists of a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a wonderful terrace in front of it. If the annex suite is in use, extra charge applies according to the price list stated above. Main house has 4 bedrooms. 3 of them are double room with sea view and one of them has balcony. Fourth room is a single room with garden view. All of the rooms feature satellite TV with movie and sports channels, DVD Player, complimentary WiFi Internet connection, individually controlled air conditioning and complimentary Coffee/Tea maker.
