It was built by the wealthy family Popov, and their son was a double agent during the Second World War, and he was an inspiration to Ian Fleming’s James Bond. The villa was renovated in 2019, but some parts of the old villa still remain in it today. The look of the walls od the main house has not been modified. You will enter the villa through the beautiful steps and large white entrance door. When entering the villa, you will see the stairwell where young Popov climbed in his days, so you are walking up the stairs where the real James Bond walked some time ago. If you are a movie fanatic and love TV series like Game of Thrones or Star Wars, feel free to talk to the villa owners, and they will have a small surprise for you.
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor of the luxury villa is one bedroom with a private bathroom. Across the hallway is a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. You have direct access from the kitchen to the pool. On this floor is a separate toilet. The stairs which lead to the upper floor are the original staircase from 1927. On this floor of the villa for rent are two bedrooms with private bathrooms. There is also a nice covered terrace where you can have your meal and enjoy the summer sunshine. On the second floor of the villa is a master bedroom which has a private kitchenette and private bathroom. On the outside of the villa for rent, you will have a large area for yourself, so you will be able to enjoy full privacy. Although you are close to the city, a large outdoor area and surrounding trees will make you forget about it. Sauna, private gym, and table tennis contribute to the feeling of utter relaxation. There is also a tavern with a barbecue, perfect for late-night dinners with your family or group of friends. In the second unit of the villa is an apartment with a private kitchen, living room, and one bedroom with a bathroom.
