Being in line with the surroundings, the villa is built of natural stone, while it is equipped with the finest materials, appliances, devices and top-notch design on the inside. World-renowned architects and designers decorated the interiors, and in addition to that, the villa is outfitted with prestigious “Fendi” furniture.

The villa stretches across 3 floors and every level sports a wide terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and islands. Located behind the villa, on a spacious terrace, there is a swimming pool, protected from curious glances by being engulfed in a lush vegetation. The villa boasts 4 bedrooms which can easily accommodate up to 7 people. On the ground floor there is a roomy living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a toilet, a laundry room and a repository. On the first floor there are 2 big bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor there is a big bedroom with a wardrobe, a bathroom, and social quarters. There is a garage in the villa, which can accommodate 3 vehicles. The pool is equipped with a device for counter–current swimming, a massage jet, a waterfall and a geyser. There are an air conditioning and WiFi provided throughout the house, as well as solar water heating, washing and drying machine. The price also includes towel changes every 2 days, bedding changes every 3 days, and cleaning once a week. The distance from the villa to the sea is 90 meters, and all it takes is a five-minute drive to get to the Old city.
