The first floor consists of the living area, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, wine cellar and an entertainment room which comes with a billiard table and a dartboard. The stone cottage has 5 bedrooms with bathrooms. All the bedrooms and the living area have a flat-screen TV. The stone cottage is fully air-conditioned and all the windows are protected with a mosquito net. The cottage offers 3 parking spaces on the premise.

Outside you can rely on a 45 sq.m. swimming pool to keep you cool during warm summer days. Alongside the pool, there is a covered outdoor kitchen perfect for summer barbecues and a space for eating and socializing and children’s playground. Shower and lounge chairs are by the pool. On the first floor, you can relax on a covered terrace while enjoying a beautiful breathtaking panoramic view of the undisturbed nature. Lovers of cycling can choose any of the bike trails and ride through nature with one of the bikes provided by the cottage. Stone cottage with a pool is located 18 kilometers from Dubrovnik and only 5 kilometers from Cavtat.
