Villa is located in Duboka, which is small place on Adriatic coast settled in the quiet lagoon with pebble beaches without the noise of vehicles, heavy crowds and permanent stir. It is a perfect place for all those who are searching for escape into peace and silence. Crystal clean Adriatic sea, with soft streams and light wind ensure ultimate relaxing experience. With length of 300 and width of 250 meters Duboka lagoon prevents entering of bigger ships and fast boats, so your peace and silence are guaranteed during the days and nights. Non-existence of disco clubs and noisy coffee shops is one more plus to your pleasant stay. Nearness of well known tourist destinations such as Dubrovnik and Makarska provides you with possibility for spending a fun night out with your friends from which you can always return to the quiet and relaxing environment of this magnificent villa.

Small town of Komarna (500 m away) and Klek (2 km) offer you all the necessities that you will need for a comfortable stay in the villa. You can enjoy a safari in the Neretva Delta, Mediterranean cuisine that is offered by many restaurants or go on a tour of the city walls of Dubrovnik. In case you prefer easy night walks, Duboka has a promenade along the coast, about 1.000 meters long. Quiet nights without wind and with clean sea and air offers a truly relaxing atmosphere for weary travellers.
