On the ground floor of the villa are 2 bedrooms – one double and one is twin, one bathroom and a toilet for the guests, kitchen, big dining and living room with a flat-screen TV and pull out sofa bed, outdoor terrace equipped with barbecue. On the first floor of the villa for rent, there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. Villa is air-conditioned and it has a cooling and heating option, there is a stereo system with a DVD and a CD player at your disposal in the villa.
