Croatia Dubrovnik area High-end Villa rent is located only 6 km from the center of Dubrovnik and 22 km from the airport, this delightful property was built to an exceptionally high standard. It stands proudly in the fjord-like valley of Rijeka Dubrovacka, in close vicinity of the source of the Ombla river. Rich in Mediterranean vegetation and clean waters, this area used to be an exclusive location for the summer residences of the Dubrovnik aristocrats at the time of the Republic of Dubrovnik.

Villa boasts tastefully decorated 450 square meters, 280 of which represent a living area suitable for up to 8 people. In the basement of the villa, there is a garage with e-bikes, electric vehicles’ power supply and a van, all at your disposal. The spa and gym area with an adjoining toilette are on the same level. The villa’s modern living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and toilette are located on the ground floor. There is also a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with access to the garden through the French balcony. The ground floor also features an outdoor pool and a Mediterranean garden. 2 spacious double bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms and balconies are situated on the first floor. All bedrooms are the same size, and there is a possibility of adding an extra bed for children in each of the rooms.

The entire villa is air-conditioned and has a surround audio system. For your safety, the villa has been equipped with an alarm system and the surrounding area is covered by security cameras. Pets are welcome, however, we kindly ask you to consult us if you would like to bring one!

The views from the property of the source of the Ombla, the sea, and the nearby marina are breathtaking. The surroundings of our villa are peaceful and quiet, providing you with the perfect holidaying atmosphere and privacy. Indeed, even today the scenery around our villa looks almost magical. At the source of the river, you will see small waterfalls with hues of blue and green, sparkling in the warm Mediterranean sun, and surrounded by lush vegetation. There are birds chirping, ducks swimming around with their ducklings, and elegant swans gliding on the water surface…
