Villa stretches on 300 square meters of the modern and luxuriously decorated interior. There are 2 bedrooms in one dwelling, together with the kitchen, dining and spacious living room. The second dwelling consists of 4 apartments, each with its own bathroom and kitchenette. There is a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. These two buildings are connected with a large swimming pool at the inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the living room.

The first building, closer to the sea, has stunning views through the pine trees. The ground floor has a modern kitchen, indoor dining area, a living room, and a bathroom. The first floor offers a spacious master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom with a shower and hydro massage bathtub for 2 and a private terrace overlooking the sea. Along with this room, there is another bedroom on the same floor, with a hydro massage shower and terrace towards the sea. The large barbecue outdoor is the perfect spot for fun with your friends.

The villa can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests, with extra beds for up to 16 guests.
