On the ground and the first floor are bedrooms and a living room equipped with top quality materials and entertainment system including Hi-Fi, DVD/CD player, LCD TV, etc. Panoramic view on the sea, surrounding mountains, and UNESCO protected Trogir town can be enjoyed from the 25 square meters terrace. Outside of the villa is a barbecue area and also a playground for children with swings, sandpit, playhouse, and seesaw. Near the pool, on the terrace, is an outside dining area and sun loungers. By the pool is a shower as well. In the back of the villa is a garage with 3 parking spaces.
