Croatia Brac Splitska charming villa with pool rent in a picturesque village of Splitska. The house is newly built and was completely finished in 2015. Parts of the villa were built with traditional hand made stone decorations, and is completely built from Eco-friendly materials, thus earning A+ certificate in energy consumption.

In the surroundings, there is a beautiful stone wall, and the sea is only 150 meters away. This villa can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably, and it consists of 2 independent apartments.

The first apartment is a three bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and a separate toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms, a laundry area, and a gym. Two of these bedrooms have a balcony and on one balcony there is a Jacuzzi installed for three people. On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen, dining area, sitting room, and a separate toilet.

The other apartment is located on the ground floor, and it is a one bedroom apartment with a bathroom and kitchen. This apartment has a separate entrance door and it could be used for guests or personal maidservant/baby sitter.

House is equipped with heating and air conditioning. Kitchen, dining room, sitting room, and all bathrooms are equipped with floor heating system. The interiors and grounds have been tastefully designed, and in between the two apartments, there is a wonderful open sea view terrace with incorporated outdoor fireplace. This villa is only available as a complete unit with garden and pool, securing complete privacy and peace.

The surface of the villa covers 300 square meters and the surrounding land covers 800 square meters. Parking is available for 4-5 cars. In the garden, a garden terrace with outdoor furniture can be found, a great place to enjoy the summer months. There is a small gym in the house, WiFi is available everywhere in the house and outdoors and all bedrooms are equipped with SAT TV. Baby cot and High chair available on request, free of charge.
