Villa is made of 2 separate houses, residential and a smaller house next to it. Villa has found its place on a property of 1500 m². In the central part of the property, there is a large swimming pool. It has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

First residential building consists of 2 floors. It has got 3 suites, a beautiful modern kitchen. In front of the house, there is a swimming pool. The yard is really relaxing with nice sea view. You can enjoy sitting on the deck chair while sunbathing. On the first floor there are 2 similar apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, kitchen with dining area, living room with terraces, bathroom with shower. Each apartment has SAT TV, DVD, CD. On the second floor of the residential building, there is another luxury apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have double beds and the third room has bunk beds, suitable for children. The apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen, modern living room with fireplace, bathroom with massage shower, terrace with garden furniture and a nice sea view.

Smaller house, part with swimming pool of 50 m², has a beautiful and modern kitchen, well equipped with stove, oven, hood, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Dining area next to it has table and chairs. Bathroom with shower is in this part of the house. Around the swimming pool, there are deck chairs and parasols.

Villa is fully air-conditioned, it has WiFi, Hi-Fi, SAT TV, DVD, and CD player. For the guests, the villa offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. It has a parking place for 4 cars. Villa is situated some 100 m from the sea and 2 km from the center of the town. It has a great view of the sea and nearby islands.
