Croatia Trogir Seaview Villa Rent with pool and olives is a premium villa in the Trogir area and a place to rest. Here, a bird concerto will lullaby you to sleep, a nightingale bell canto will wake you in the morning; you will learn the difference between the call of the little owl and the whistle of blackbird; if you take a short mountain trek you will see eagles nesting up in the mountain peaks.
The azure seawater of the Kastela Bay will give rest to your eyes. And when you come out of the house you will step on the green grass of the lawn and garden and pick your tomato (and water it in the evening if you wish), cut some parsley or check olive trees and their fruit that will be processed into that divine oil you found in the kitchen.
You can take a walk in the shade of 400 olive, almond and oak trees. Your morning aperitif – grape brandy, herb-flavored brandy, walnut brandy, plum-brandy or a premium wine – will not be served by a bartender in a cocktail lounge where you only just managed to find the parking place. Villa was built in 2012 on a fenced property of 16,000 square meters. It’s located on the slopes of the mountain Kozjak near the town of Trogir, Split – Resnik airport (10 minutes drive), and the Zagreb-Dubrovnik highway.
Suitable for a group of friends, families with children, small business meetings or art colony and special occasions (weddings, promotions, honeymoon, …). Pets are welcome.

Outdoor swimming pool 10 x 4 meters with the possibility of heating (integrated counter-current, vertical and horizontal massage, outdoor shower by the pool, bathroom with shower under the pool and gym).
Outdoor and indoor grill, safe, hydro massage bathtub, gym, playground, outdoor bowling court, olives, and vegetable garden.
The whole Villa is air-conditioned with built-in floor heating for colder weather.

Villa has 3 floors.
Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room connected with the working room/library on the gallery, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
First floor: bedroom with bathroom, apartment with living room, bedroom, bathroom and one twin room on the gallery (2nd floor). All rooms have access to the loggia/terrace/balcony with garden furniture.
The villa has 5 bathrooms with a shower (4 inside the house, one under the swimming pool and gym). Large bathroom on the ground floor has a hydro-massage bathtub.

The minimum stay in Croatia Trogir Seaview villa rent with pool and olives from 04.07. until 28.08. is 7 days. The minimum stay for the rest of the season is 4 days.
The damage deposit is 500 EUR. Payable upon arrival in cash, returned upon departure if no damage to the villa.
The villa is gay friendly.
The pool is available after Easter. Pool heating is not included in the price. Surcharge 50 EUR/day.

Price includes:
VAT (13%); residence/tourist tax or a registration fee where applicable.
The cost of electricity, water, gas, and heating.
Daily maintenance of the garden and pool.
Cleaning service once a week.
Linen/towel change as needed.
