The stone villa is approached along a country road where parking is located at the rear. The property is offered as 2 separate apartments split over two floors, each with its own entrance, a staircase from the parking area leads to the upper apartment which features a shower room, kitchen, double bedroom and a further bedroom with bunk bed plus sofa bed. A door from the hallway leads out onto a large terrace with outdoor seating and BBQ where guests can enjoy the magnificent distant sea and country views.
The lower apartment of the villa with pool is accessed via a staircase at the side of the villa which also leads down to the outdoor pool area. The lower apartment features a hallway (with one step up) from where guests can access a family bathroom, a twin bedroom, and a double bedroom, both bedrooms are accessed from the open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with doors leading out onto a terrace.
Car hire is strongly recommended. The location offers a peaceful stay and a great base to explore the fantastic variety of attractions that the region has to offer: four blue flag beaches; Diocletian’s Palace in Split; the cities of Trogir and Omis; a ferry ride to the islands of Solta, Vis, Hvar or Brac.
