Croatia Split area beautiful villa with swimming pool rent is a newly opened luxury house that spreads over two floors and over 250 m2 plot, fully equipped for the perfect vacation and is equipped completely for your comfortable stay.

Villa is located in a small and quiet place called Korusce, which is 24 km away from Split, surrounded by oak and pine forests and Mediterranean vegetation. It takes 30 minutes to get to Split using the highway. The beautiful landscape provides peace and quiet for a relaxing vacation away from the city noise and hustle. Newly built villa with large pool is the perfect place to spend your vacation. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, and 1 outdoor bathroom. House is equipped with all house appliances, bed linens, and towels. There are three bedrooms in the villa and it can accommodate up to 8 people (6+2). The villa has 3 large bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom, air conditioning, safe and TV. The house has a total of 4 bathrooms, one in each room, one shared in the corridor, and one bathroom with a shower beside the pool. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: microwave, stove, and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, etc. On the second floor, there is a large living room with corner garniture and 4k HD TV. The terrace and balcony are equipped with garden furniture and have a view of the pool and the garden. There is WiFi available in the villa.

In front of the house on the surface of 200 m2, there is a private swimming pool with a sunbathing area. The swimming pool has a length of 10  meters and a width of 5 meters, while the depth ranges from 130 to 150 cm. The water can be warmed up and part of the pool has underwater massagers. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and an additional bathroom. In the back yard, there is a barbecue at disposal with all necessary equipment (wood and charcoal) free of charge. In the yard, there are two garage spaces which are under video surveillance. The total outside area covers a space of 1500 square meters and it is completely fenced with a 200 cm tall fence. There are no other guests, and the owner occasionally resides in another, separate facility on the estate, but it is possible to have the property only at your disposal with no one there. The nearest beach is located around 25 minutes driving with a car. The entrance to the highway is only 5 km from the property. If you are looking for city rushes, night outings, bars, discos, cultural heritage sites, museums, and beaches, you can choose between a few of our famous historic towns: Split, Solin, Kastela, Klis, Trogir and Sibenik which are only half an hour drive away. The nearest airport is located in Split, 37 km away which is 35 minutes of drive.
