Croatia Sibenik area Beachfront villa for rent is a luxurious villa that is situated in Pirovac in the Sibenik area, between the cities of Zadar and Sibenik. The villa for rent is located directly on the beach, ideal for swimming, which makes it a great choice for all ages, from little kids to adults. The beachfront villa is surrounded by untouched nature, with its own beautiful garden, and it is located in the quiet street, away from the main road, so the guests will enjoy a private holiday. This impressive villa is perfect for a larger group of people or families since it accommodates up to 12 adult guests and 4 kids.
This beachfront villa is divided into several parts. On the ground floor of the villa for rent, you will find a big lobby area with a TV-room and a fireplace. The ground floor also provides sleeping space for supporting staff such as maid, housekeeper, cook, etc.
On the first floor is a kitchen/dining room space fully equipped. There are two duplex apartments on this level of the beachfront villa, each with its own outdoor staircase entry. The apartments are spread over approximately 150 sq.m. each and divided into two levels.
The first level is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds best suitable for children, a master bathroom with shower and toilet, and another separate toilet room. There is also a large living room with a fully functional kitchen, dining table for eight and a large balcony with sitting garden furniture, one for each apartment, with a stunning sea view.
On the second level of the beachfront villa for rent, you will enter an area of two very large bedrooms with a king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Each apartment is equipped with TV, DVD, Portable AC, espresso in the lobby.
In the garden of the villa, the guests have a large stone barbecue, open for private use or to prepare a meal by the caretaker. Guests also can rent a 5-meter fiberglass boat, and the licensed skipper can organize your trip. The villa is powered by solar energy. If you arrive by car to this villa, you will have private parking for 8 cars and parking space for even more vehicles available, so if you are traveling by car, you don’t have to worry!

The minimum stay in Croatia Sibenik area Beachfront villa for rent in July and August is 7 days.
In May and October is possible to rent one apartment in the villa for 300 EUR/day.
In June and September is possible to rent one apartment in the villa for 500 EUR/day.
The damage deposit is 1000 EUR. It is returned upon departure if there is no damage to the villa.
Prices include: tourist tax, barbecue facilities, linen change two times a week, room service, towels change everyday, final cleaning and a 5-meter boat (only to the guests with license) – maximum 6 people including the skipper.
There is a possibility to accommodate up to 20 people in the villa, for this kind of reservations the price will be formed on a case per case basis.
Extra services which can be provided upon request with a surcharge are professional cook and airport transfer.
