Croatia Rogoznica Luxury villa with sea view for rent is located in a popular tourist village on the Dalmatian coast in Croatia that lies in the Southern part of the Sibenik-Knin County, in a deep bay sheltered from the wind, about 30 km from Sibenik. Rogoznica has a 54 km long coastline. Its geographic position is in the center of Dalmatia, moreover, it is the protruded part of the Croatian mainland which penetrates deeply into the Adriatic Sea.
Villa consists of four separate apartments but it is rented as a single unit with a garden and swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 15 people.
The first apartment (55 sq.m.) consists of a dining room/sitting room area with a kitchenette (20 sq.m.), a double bedroom (30 sq.m.) in which there are a built-in tub and a separate bathroom with shower. The sofa can be used as a double pull-out bed in the sitting room area.

The second apartment (60 sq.m.) has a dining room/sitting room area with a kitchenette (25 sq.m.) and a double bedroom (30 sq.m.) in which there is also a built-in tub and a separate bathroom (5 sq.m.) with a shower. There is also a double pull-out sofa in the sitting room area.

The third apartment (40 sq.m.) is a studio apartment that comprises a double bedroom, a dining room/sitting room area with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom with a shower. There is also a single folding bed.

The fourth apartment (100 sq.m.), which stretches over two floors, has a large sitting room, dressing room, double bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen on the first level. The upper floor is a gallery with twin beds and a private bathroom.

Guests can enjoy a whole range of excursions to many cultural destinations nearby such as Sibenik, Split, Trogir, etc. For nature lovers, there is a lake Dragon’s Eye and the breathtaking national parks such as the River Krka waterfalls and the Kornati archipelago to experience.
