Villa consists of 3 parts: the ground floor, first floor and additional suite. Within the villa there are 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The central part of the property outside of the villa is occupied by a spacious, covered stone terrace that gently meets an outdoor dining furniture, where the exceptional moments of your vacation are enriched by the sound of the sea waves and a glass of fine wine of Peljesac. The special charm of this beautiful yard in the villa is created by the comfortable chairs and a romantic swing.

Villa also has an outdoor private infinity pool with seawater and outdoor shower. Also, an exclusive outdoor kitchen with a stone fireplace will discover all the beauties of the local cuisine and will surely make every vacation in this villa unforgettable. Enjoying the local specialties near the many Mediterranean plants is certainly a unique experience that will awake your taste buds.

Spacious living room is on the ground floor with high ceilings through the 3 large semi-circular glass walls, abundant in fresh and luxurious comfort, lovingly decorated to the last detail in order to provide a complete relaxation, simplicity and beauty of life. The living area includes a living room equipped with a large LCD SAT TV, a comfortable dining room with a table for dining, modern fully equipped kitchen and guest bathroom with shower. From the living area a corridor leads to a small sleeping oasis that consists of 1 double room with a private bath with a tub. The modernly design and comfortable bedroom has a south oriented terrace with a magnificent sea view. This bedroom offers an endless view reflecting the the natural beauties of Orebić in sunset, which is visible only in this region.

The marble staircase connect the living area to the first floor of the villa. On the first floor of the villa there is a calm, relax area with 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and the view from its window provides an intoxicating beauty enriched by sunshine and beautiful blue summer waves. The second bedroom on this floor is a room with a single bed. In the middle of the floor a fully equipped bathroom with shower has also found its perfect place. A spacious terrace with its furniture for enjoying provides a special charm to this relax area and also provides an amazing view of the sea and archipelago of islands on its surface. It’s space is ideal for gentle morning awakenings with a glass of orange juice or hot coffee. Morning exercises can also be done on this terrace.

One separated, but not less beautiful, part of the villa is an exclusive suite. Within it there area 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa (which can be converted into an additional bed for 2 children), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The suite offers a breathtaking view of the sea and relaxes all the senses.

Villa is air conditioned, equipped with a fireplace, satellite LDC TV, HI-FI, DVD, Internet access, a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker and cold water, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, garden furniture, deck chairs and garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor shower. Baby cot and high chair are available on request, as well as extra beds. The villa also has a secured and private parking places. In front of the villa is private mooring for boat.
