Croatia Pag island Modern sea view villa for rent is located on the island of Pag, quiet little village of Lun. Villa offers an amazing open view of the Adriatic Sea, and it is hidden behind the wild olive trees. The Island of Pag is famous for the world’s largest remaining wild olive forests, which means you will enjoy the purest form of nature in the modernly designed villa.
On the ground floor of the modern villa is a large living room, a dining room, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. Villa accommodates up to 10 adults. There are 5 double bedrooms in the villa. All bedrooms have king-sized beds and private en-suite bathrooms. 4 bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa and they all have balconies and offer beautiful views. On the ground floor of the villa is a fifth bedroom, which is located in a separate apartment, which has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and own bathroom. In the basement of the modern sea view villa is a room with a pool/billiard table, wine cellar, and laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. If you arrive by car in the villa, you will have free private parking at your disposal (4-5 cars).
Sun loungers on the large terrace are perfect for napping in the Croatian sun and catching sun rays, and a private swimming pool is a great refreshment. There is also a table with chairs, which means you can enjoy your meals outside of the villa too. You will have barbecue facilities at your disposal. Villa owner is more than welcome to get you fresh meat and groceries for grilling. While grilling, you have to be careful because the area is under risk of open flames, so it is recommended to grill only when there is no wind and to have fire extinguisher by your side. The villa owner can assist you because he wants you to relax completely. If you decide to grill, please do not leave the villa until the grill is completely out. Villa owner is at your disposal during your whole stay, and he will help you with anything you need.

The prices for the rest of the season are upon request and formed depending on the number of guests and the length of the stay.

The cleaning is not included in the rental price and it is 180 EUR.
The security deposit of 1000 EUR is requested upon arrival in the villa, and it is returned upon departure if no damage to the villa.
The rental price includes electricity, water, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, pool maintenance, bed linen change once a week, towel change, pool towels, soap, toilet paper, welcome package, welcome drinks, and the local tax.
The minimum stay in the Croatia Pag island Modern sea view villa for rent is 6 days.
Pets, smoking, and partying are not allowed in the villa.
If you wish, food can be delivered to the villa from the local restaurants. You can buy local wine, drinks, olive oil in the basement of the villa. Boat rental can be organized for you.
