It cascades down towards the water, following the land on several levels. It is wide open towards the sea with big doors and windows. The multiple outside terraces allow enjoying the balmy air to the maximum. Stonework details are reminders of the typical island tradition. Access to the luxury waterfront villa is direct from the coastal road, and there is private parking for up to 3 cars. Outside stairs lead directly to the swimming pool of the luxury villa, living-room and the sea: convenient on return from a walk or jogging and main door is on the second floor of the villa, built cascading down to the sea. The entrance hall leads to the indoor stairs, elevator and upper apartment-suite.
This waterfront luxury villa has 420 square meters, and it welcomes up to 12 guests in total comfort. Music and movie lovers will enjoy the comfortable living room area in the villa for rent and the fully-equipped home theater. It has direct access to the elevator. The indoor dining table for 12 converts easily into an 8 ft snooker table, a guarantee of long moments of friendly competition. A large kitchen with a central island, fully endowed, invites all to join in preparing meals together. Steam oven, combined grill and microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges, 2 deep freezers, all of the small hand and power accessories, everything is there to reveal your talents as a chef. Behind the kitchen, there is a large pantry and a WC with hand basin and contactless faucet. The swimming pool backs up partly into the house between the kitchen and the living area. The dining terrace for 12, with a pergola, is outside the kitchen. Outside of the living room, you can enjoy the sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and the steps leading down to the sea. On your way down to the sea, there are 3 other terraces where you can choose to relax comfortably. Access to the sea is by a bathing ladder, on the private pier.

The minimum stay in Croatia Korcula island Luxury waterfront villa for rent is 7 days.
The price includes the bottle of champagne on arrival, basic grocery starter package, daily housekeeping (2-3 h/day), bed linen, bath and beach towels, free toiletries, free wifi and parking, final cleaning, free use of the private boat mooring in front of the villa.
The security/damage deposit is 1500 EUR, paid in cash on arrival and returned on departure if no damages to the villa.
Daily breakfast can be arranged on-site for a fee.
