Croatia Istria Motovun villa with pool rent is a newly renovated villa located in the village of Kaldir, close to Motovun, in a beautiful countryside location, among vineyards and olive groves. It can accommodate up to 8 (6+2) people.

It is a really charming house located close to the beautiful medieval hilltop town of Motovun. The house is beautifully restored with a lot of space inside, large delightful 3 bedrooms and 4 lovely bathrooms, a sheltered garden with organic seasonal crops available for you to pick and enjoy, swimming pool with sun loungers and beautiful outdoor “lounge” with roof and its own fireplace. Villa consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, while the third is on the ground floor. Apart from that, the ground floor is also where the living room, dining area, and an additional bathroom are located. The villa is fully air conditioned and has WiFi. Baby cot and highchair available on request. Pets are allowed with additional fee od 70 EUR per pet, per week.

The closest airport is located in Pula, 69 km away. This countryside pool villa is the property of a family that is well-known in Croatia for their wine production and guests of the villa are treated to a free degustation and tour of their winery. There is also the possibility of free olive oil tasting.

The area is popular for cycling and hiking. Inside the village, you will find a recreational football court, kids playground, and the traditional buce yard. Don’t miss a visit to the neighboring village and its agrotourism restaurant Stefanic.
