The stone villa accommodates 6 persons on the property of 675 square meters. The lovely stone villa itself has 165 sq.m. and 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor of the villa is a living room with a fireplace. There is also a study/workroom. On each floor of the stone villa, you can find a bathroom with a shower and there is an extra toilet available for added comfort. All the rooms in the villa for rent have wooden floors and the bathrooms have top quality ceramics. The stone villa has air-conditioning and heating is provided with radiators and underfloor heating system. Wireless Internet is available throughout the property. On the outside of the stone, the villa is a private swimming pool with LED lights and nearby is a place for barbecue. If you arrive by car to this lovely stone villa, you do not have to worry because there is also a secure parking space next to the villa. The guests have 24/7 security service at their disposal during the stay in the stone villa.
The lovely stone villa is situated in the southernmost part of Istria, among Mediterranean vegetation. Liznjan was named after a Roman patrician from Licinium who had a summer residence there. The proximity of international airports, highways, ports, and marinas ensures easy access to this Istrian oasis. Liznjan is far enough from larger conurbations to provide the pleasure of a peaceful holiday and lifestyle, yet close enough to meet the need and desire for wider social, cultural, sporting and other entertainment. For the everyday needs of its permanent and temporary residents, Liznjan has three shops, a bank, post office, pharmacy, medical center, and several restaurants. The village has three churches, including a 9th-century Pre-Romanesque one, while the surrounding area is characterized by lush vineyards, olive groves and forests, unspoiled beaches (the closest beach is 1,9 km from the villa) and beautiful, protected natural features.

The minimum stay in Croatia Istria Lovely tone villa for rent in July and August is 7 days, and the arrival and departure days are flexible.

Price for 7+ days stay includes daily excursion with boat and skipper.
Transfer from the Pula airport to the stone villa is secured, upon request.
For 10 days stay, excursion to National Park Brijuni is free of charge for the guests.
The security deposit is 300 EUR, payable upon arrival, returned upon departure if no damage to the villa.
