The villa is surrounded by the Mediterranean nature and it is a short 140 meters away by walk from the nearest beach.

This charming villa is the ultimate choice for a dream holiday with your children and family with everything you could need to enjoy and relax to the fullest. The outdoor area features a nice veranda on stone pillars, bringing shade to escape the sun. Also outside is a stone barbeque, an outdoor kitchen, a shaded dining area for 8, 8 deck chairs surrounding the pool and an outdoor shower.

The kitchen and dining area is fully furnished and it opens on to an outside terrace area and that allows air and light into the room. The open plan ground floor is equipped with a TV and 2 air conditioning units. The dominant wooden dining table can fit up to 8 diners whilst enjoying the beautiful art on the walls. The separate WC on this floor also has a washing machine.

This villa with modern architectural design, amenities and comfortable bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people. There are 4 air conditioned bedrooms. Each of which have their own modern bathroom fitted with shower and all other amenities. One single bedroom (the bed size 90 x 200 cm) is located on the ground floor. The elegant staircase leads to the first floor with 3 double bedrooms (beds size 180 x 200 cm, but in one of the bedrooms the bed can be separated to be used as twin beds, each sized 90 x 200 cm). Two of the bedrooms share a lovely terrace with partial sea view. Additional one guest can sleep on folding bed, sized 75 x 180 cm.

In addition, the basement area is also available for guests. The basement is equipped with two air conditioning units, table tennis, and children’s toys.

Villa has parking spaces available for 4 cars. Local restaurants, supermarkets, cafes are 2.6 km away from the villa by gravel and dirt road.
