On the ground floor of the luxury villa is a contemporary spacious open plan living room with fireplace, glass walls to the south elevation linking the internal and external areas, dining area with table for 8 people, kitchen fitted with modern and quality appliances, stove, grill, steam cooker, microwave, two dishwashers, fridge with icemaker, coffee maker, laundry room, study room with office printer, scanner, and photocopier, wine cellar.
On the first floor of the villa for rent, there is games & TV room fitted with Sony flat screen, TV with Bose surround sound and DVD player. In the bedroom suite one, you will find SPA oasis, walk-in dressing rooms, and a large south-facing terrace.
