The luxury stone villa has 7 double bedrooms, which are located on 6 different levels of the house. All bedrooms in the villa for rent are modern and spacious and surrounded by colorful gardens.
A big private garage located next to the main villa entrance is suitable for 4-5 cars. From the garage, you can take an elevator to the two 1st level apartments of the villa for rent: studio apartment and 1 double bedroom apartment. The elevator will take you to the 2nd level where is a meeting room, equipped with a screen and projector. Right above the meeting room is an outdoor swimming pool and bocce field, next to its garden.
On the left side of the main villa are a professional fully equipped kitchen and barbecue. Above it is a separate double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which is a great accommodation option for guests who want to be separated from the main group, enjoying peace and tranquillity. On the right side is a sauna with access to the garden.
After stepping in the main building of the luxury stone villa, you will find yourself in the living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen on the left, and a living room on the right side. The main building of the villa for rent has 4 bedrooms with double beds, allocated on 2 floors. The contemporary and modern design of elegant bedrooms is enriched with ceiling drawings 300 hundred years old, revealing a long history of this stone villa. The villa offers a spectacular view over the unique Old City of Dubrovnik and the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Villa for rent has two entrances, second from the above path behind the villa is a good option when part of guests want to have privacy. Many terraces around the luxury stone villa offer comfortable corners for each guest and at the same time delighting gorgeous views of the charming Dubrovnik and crystal clear Adriatic sea.
The swimming pool is open from 15.05. until 15.10.2020.
