Croatia Dubrovnik Luxury seafront villa for rent is located just 8 km from the city of Dubrovnik. The walled city of Dubrovnik was described by George Bernard Shaw as “paradise on earth”. The old city is a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site and is surrounded by spectacular fortified walls up to 25 m high and 6 m thick. Founded in the 7th century on a rocky island called Laus, it later became known as Ragusa. The Venetians gained control of the city at the beginning of the 13th century but, by the end of the 14th century, Dubrovnik had essentially become an independent city-state and had established a lucrative trading position with the Ottoman Empire. Price includes tourist tax and VAT, basic daily cleaning, luxury bath amenities „Chopard”, swimming pool maintenance, villa manager at guests disposal and private concierge. A refundable damage deposit of 3000 EUR is required upon arrival. Bed sheets will be changed every 4 days and towels upon request if needed on a daily base. Villa will be cleaned each day for 3-4 hours, but the villa has its own housekeeping lady who comes every day to check the entire area, pool, garden, clean bedrooms, and bathrooms. Upon guests’ arrival, welcome drinks and fresh flowers will be arranged. Private concierge on disposal to guests during the entire stay.
