In total there are 2 double bedrooms, studio apartment, 3 bathrooms and is suitable for 6 guests + 2 which can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa in the living room area of the seaview villa.
The first floor has a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and living room. In the living room of the seaview villa is a big sofa which can be converted into a double bed for 2 guests. In one corner there is a utility room with a washing machine. Stepping out from the first floor you are on the terrace of the villa for rent which is furnished with teak chairs and table for 8 people next to a cozy barbecue. Even more relaxing is the comfortable rattan sofa set. Stairs lead to the lower level of the terrace where there’s a swimming pool with “built-in” jacuzzi, outdoor shower, deck chairs, and umbrellas, so it is the perfect place for socializing, having pleasure and fun. Often guests spend the entire day on terrace sunbathing, preparing barbecue, refreshing in the pool enjoying an amazing view over bay and crystal clear Adriatic sea.
The second floor consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and terraces from where guests can enjoy the beautiful view and relax in privacy.
Parking is available outside the villa and in the garage next to the house.
Seaview villa for rent is 15 minutes walk from the center of the village of Zaton Mali, where the nearest grocery store is located. The quickest way to reach the store is to take the path which is a few meters from the villa. That path also leads down to the main road from Dubrovnik to Split. Or it will take 5 minutes drive by car to reach the shop or within a few more minutes by car, you will be on the beach.
Next to Zaton Mali is situated Zaton Veliki, a village where you can find a grocery store, a bank, a post office, a pizza house, restaurants, and bars. All that just 10 minutes driving from the seaview villa or 20 minutes walk if you are taking the path along the shore.
Zaton is a small town not far from Dubrovnik that is named after a bay of irresistible beauty. The minimum stay in Croatia Dubrovnik area seaview villa for rent from June until September is 7 days, and the changeover day is Saturday. For the rest of the season, the minimum stay is 5 days.
The security deposit for damage is 200 EUR (payable upon arrival and returned upon departure if no damage to the villa).
Price includes tourist tax, bed linen, and towel change once a week, swimming pool maintenance, internet access, parking place and garage, house manager at guests’ disposal and concierge.
