Croatia Brac Seafront stone villa for rent is located in a hidden bay on the island of Brac, 2 km away from the village of Milna. The stone villa has 240 sq.m. and it is organized on 3 levels. There is a beautiful garden in front of the stone villa, from which you will have direct access to the crystal clear Adriatic sea.
Villa for rent can accommodate up to 8 guests in 3 bedrooms. On the first floor of the seafront villa are three bedrooms. All bedrooms offer an amazing panoramic view of the sea and the islands of Hvar and Vis. The Master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom that consists of a shower cabin and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds (convertible into a double bed if it is needed), and the third bedroom of the stone villa for rent has also a big double bed. There is another bathroom on this floor with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor of the seafront stone villa is placed a large living room with a sofa convertible to a bed for two, dining room with table for 8 and an open plan kitchen and a storage room. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, stove oven, electric hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle, and mixer. On this floor is one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. In the living room of the villa for rent, guests have a large TV with satellite programs, Wii console, iPod dock, DVD and free wireless internet throughout the entire villa. Each bedroom and the living room have a separate air conditioning unit and in each bedroom, guests can set different temperatures. The living room has glass walls that open onto a terrace and at the front, where is a summer kitchen, a table for 8 people and the stairs leading to the fireplace. Side terrace of the villa for rent has a seating lounge sofa for the afternoon relaxing and enjoying the silence and tranquility of the bay. There is also an outdoor shower. Stairs from the terrace lead to the sun loungers, parasols, and stairs that lead to the sea. Each house in the bay has its own pier, so it’s a quiet private beach.
In the basement of the villa, guests can find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located at 2km from the village of Milna where you can find all the necessary facilities because in this hidden bay there are no shops, restaurants or bars, so it is advisable that guests arrive by car. Parking is provided for 3 cars.
