Pools are surrounded by large furnished terrace with sunbeds and parasols overlooking the Adriatic sea. You will also have a summer kitchen at your disposal in this stone villa so you can dine while enjoying the sunsets over the Adriatic sea. Barbecue is also available so you can hang out, while the children are playing on the private playground with a slide and swing. There is also a vegetable garden behind the villa so you can enjoy fresh lettuce, green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant and zucchinis. The whole villa is air conditioned, has WiFi and free parking available.

The restaurant, coffee bar, market, pharmacy and gas station are only 500 m away from the property. The closest beach is only 1 km away from villa while the most beautiful beach on the Adriatic sea „Zlatni rat” is just under 4 km. The city centre of little town Bol is just a short walk away from the villa and from the centre you can take train to the beach. If you are travelling by car, you need to reach Split, where you can take the ferry. Moreover, if you are flying the nearest airports are in Split and Dubrovnik.
