This modern villa is built out of famous Brac stone and it has a private swimming pool with a furnished terrace, surrounded by greenery. Next to the pool is also a barbecue, which is 6 m tall. The closest beach to this modern villa is just 130 m away, which is just a short walk.
Villa for rent has a lot of daylight, thanks to big sliding glass walls on both sides of the ground floor. On the ground floor of the villa, you can find a large living room with direct access to the swimming pool and terrace. On the other side of the living room, you have access to the open-air jacuzzi for up to 6 people. The kitchen with dining room, bathroom and storage room are also on the ground floor of this modern villa on Brac island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all needed appliances: microwave, wine cooler, refrigerator, and icemaker. The staircase will take you to the first floor of the villa for rent, where are 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and balconies. Modern villa has high-quality audio-video equipment, floor heating (bathrooms too), air conditioning, solid oak bed frames, top quality mattresses, and Koemmerling and Schüco glass walls. If you arrive by car to the villa for rent, you will have 120 sq.m. of the secured parking area.
During the stay in the modern villa on Brac island, guests will have a 7 meters long boat at their disposal free of charge (fuel and skipper are not included in the price).

The cleaning lady is in the villa every day, and bedsheets are changed every Wednesday and Saturday. Towels are changed every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
Final cleaning is not included in the price, and the cost is 100 EUR.
