This beautiful, quiet and private location is only 3 km away from gorgeous beaches with crystal clear sea, restaurants and beach bars. One of the world’s most famous beaches Zlatni rat is 20 minutes drive away from the luxury stone villa. There is also a small restaurant, 50 meters away from the villa for rent, so the food could be delivered upon the guest’s requirements.
This luxury stone villa for rent is perfect for families or a smaller group of friends.  There are 3 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen of the luxury villa is fully equipped, and the spacious living room can accommodate an additional two persons on the sofa bed. An additional bed for children or an adult can be put in one of the bedrooms. The villa also has a pantry and an additional bathroom with a washing machine.
On the outside of the stone villa is a dining area with a grill, a large swimming pool (the pool has a heating/cooling system, a geyser pump, and underwater back massage), shower, terrace surrounded by pine trees with a beautiful panoramic view of the Adriatic sea, the island of Hvar and the Biokovo mountain. Private parking is available adjacent to the house.
